- When will my order will be dispatched?
As our items are handmade to order, we ask for 1-2 weeks until your order is dispatched.
- Do you do custom sizes?
Yes, for custom sizes please contact us.
- What size shall I get?
You can find our size chart in every listing.
- Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do, except EU.
- Do you ship to EU?
No. Our products will no longer be available to EU customers due to new GPSR legislation being enforced from the 13th December 2024.
We are still a small business, so we simply don’t have the resources to be able to comply with the legislation.
- Where are you based?
We are based in Leeds, UK.
- Do you do discount for bulk orders?
If you are thinking of getting more than 20 items, please contact us.
- Can I exchange my items?
Yes, you can exchange your item for another size but if you need to return your item to us, you will need to pay for the return postage, as we don’t offer free return labels.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges for custom sizes.
- Do you refunds?
Sorry we don’t do refunds but we do offer you the option to change your item for a better size.
